If you can't rescue an image in color, turn it into B&W! It will need its own Auto Tone and exposure adjustments, but it gives a nice look to this image, which didn't look as good in color. B&W is good for the following image types: Dress shots, shoes, putting on the dress, laughter, crying, kissing and hugging, going down the aisle with dad; maybe the handover, some ceremony; some portraits; reception with emotion or great faces (like above); plus reaction to speeches. Any emotional or fun interaction between people where they're not looking at the camera makes a great B&W. You really notice emotion without the distraction of color.
